Admissions realismAdmissions realism: not yet assessed

Admissions realism depends on your home postcode and the school's published allocation data. Enter your postcode on this page to get a more specific assessment, and always verify the latest policy on the school's official admissions page.

This is a selective school. Admission usually requires passing an entrance test. Check the school's admissions policy for test registration deadlines.

Watch-outs
  • Selective admissions: an entrance test (usually the 11+ or equivalent) is required. Check registration and test dates well in advance.

Entry requirements

The Henrietta Barnett School states that admission to Year 7 is by academic selection. The admissions page says the first-round entrance test covers Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning and English, followed by a second-round English and Mathematics test, and that the PAN for September 2027 entry is 120.

Exam dates and admissions evidence

The official admissions page says applications for the September 2026 entrance examination for entry in September 2027 are now open and close on 1 July 2026 at 5pm. The same page says the next open day is Tuesday 30 June 2026 for Year 5 students and parents only, with bookings opening at 6pm on 3 June 2026. In this pass the official page did not expose the round-one and round-two 2026 test dates in extractable plain text, so those dates were left blank.
