Entry requirements
The Harvey Grammar School is a selective boys' grammar school in Folkestone. Its reviewed admissions page says Year 7 applicants become eligible for consideration through the Kent Test or the school's own Shepway Test, and the school's admissions letter explains that applicants must register for both the Kent Test and the Shepway Test before naming Harvey on the Kent secondary application form.
Exam dates and admissions evidence
The reviewed Harvey admissions materials say Kent Test and Shepway registrations are available from Monday 2 June 2025. The letter says Kent Test registration closes by midnight on Tuesday 1 July 2025 and the Shepway Test application form must be completed by 9am on Friday 4 July 2025. Harvey Open Evening is on Tuesday 1 July 2025 from 18:15 to 20:30, the Shepway Test is on the morning of Saturday 13 September 2025, and assessment decisions are sent by Kent Secondary Admissions in October 2025.
