KSHS is a selective girls' academy and admits pupils through the Lincolnshire Consortium of Grammar Schools 11+ process. The current admissions page states the online form for September 2027 entry is closed and parents should contact the Admissions Officer if they still wish to register.

For September 2026 entry, the school-specific timetable stated Verbal Reasoning on Saturday 13 September 2025, Non-Verbal Reasoning on Saturday 20 September 2025, results emailed Friday 10 October 2025 at noon, local-authority application deadline 31 October 2025, and National Offer Day Monday 2 March 2026.
