Help and Support
Email support@myschoolhub.co.uk for anything about MySchoolHub: the website, the API, AI assistants or the Chrome extension.
Report a data error
Send the link to the school or page, the figure that looks wrong and, if you have it, the source that shows the right one (for example the council's allocation document). We check it against the source and correct it.
Admissions questions
We can explain our figures, but we can't answer for a school or council. For a place, an appeal or a waiting list, contact your council's admissions team; each catchment page links to the council's published figures.
AI assistants and the Chrome extension
Setup for ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP apps is on the AI assistants page. Help for the Rightmove extension is on the extension page.
