State schools sending the most students to Oxford and Cambridge

The share of each state school’s sixth-form leavers who went on to Oxford or Cambridge, pooled over 2015/16 to 2019/20 leavers, from the Department for Education’s 16 to 18 destination measures. 2,082 schools are ranked; a school needs at least 50 leavers over at least two years to be included.

The Department for Education stopped publishing Oxford, Cambridge and Russell Group figures for individual schools after its 2022-23 tables, so newer leavers are not included. Top-third university figures continue.
